Focused on merchants’ needs to deliver affordable solutions for small businesses across retail, services, and food industries.
Highlights
Established Design Guidelines: Authored comprehensive design documentation for developers, ensuring visual and functional consistency across projects while aligning with broader product objectives.
Built the CPOS Design System: Created a scalable design system inspired by Ant Design, Material Design, and Adobe Design Systems. This framework standardized UI components, streamlined design processes, and improved collaboration between dev team and product team.
End-to-End Product Design: Led the design of the Tap-to-Pay mobile app from concept to launch, achieving a 25% increase in acquisition by providing small merchants with a payment solution they can afford and cut down their costs.
Data-Driven Insights: Introduced innovative metrics like Occupancy Rate and CAC Rate in the Appointment Booking module, enabling merchants to optimize performance through actionable insights.
